We deliver furniture throughout the South West, using a dedicated delivery team. We are passionate about the quality of our customer service and the satisfaction of our customers. Our furniture can be delivered and fully installed while packaging is removed and recycled.

The Big Furniture Superstore has a handy showroom right on the edge of Plymouth city centre. I bought two beds, and a range of home office furniture items. Everything is high quality and competitively priced. All items arrived quickly and were delivered already assembled. The delivery men were also great.

What a wonderful place is the Big Furniture Superstore in Plymouth, a sort of Aladdin's cave in a way, with items for the home that you would not find on any normal everyday High Street. The store is well laid-out and you can go seamlessly from area to area with the guidance of Ollie Western or the crew, with their excellent knowledge of the pieces on sale, and there is certainly no pushy sales talk, so, go along and be surprised.

I went in just to have a look at the beds and also see how much they cost, the man who explained everything to me was good.
Then he said that there was more beds upstairs to look at, had a look and lay down on two of them; to test out the mattress in the end i did purchase a bed that i liked will be getting it in couple weeks time.
After a day and date is arranged in all a good service i would recommend the place.

I cannot recommend this retailer enough. From first contact, purchase and delivery every aspect of my transaction was perfect. The product is beautiful and was something I have been searching for. One of those special items. I could rattle on about everything I like but just want to say this outlet is not your run of the mill. These guys are a shop front for artisans. They also have the knowledge and passion to back it up.
